I focus purely on the infrastructure. By allowing you to bring your own transactional email provider (like Brevo, Mailgun, or Amazon SES), I save on overhead and pass those savings to you. This also ensures your password resets actually hit the inbox, not the spam folder.
What is "Fair Use" for storage?
Unlimited storage applies to standard community content (images, PDFs, attachments). It does not cover using your forum as a file-hosting service (Dropbox alternative), backups, or illegal content.
