How to Set Up Registration Questions and Money Notifications?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to set up custom questions on the registration page for my forum.

To protect community privacy, I need to screen new members by having them answer a few questions during sign-up. These applications would then be manually reviewed and approved before granting full forum access. This is a common feature in other platforms like Discuz and Discourse (for example, Discourse allows you to set a "Registration Text" for users to agree to or respond to). Is there a similar plugin or setting available for Flarum?

(I'm aware of the Doorman plungin, which requires an invite code to register, but it doesn't quite fit my need for customizable questions.)

Bonus Question:

Additionally, I have enabled the Money plugin. When users perform actions like creating posts or replies, they do earn points, but there is no pop-up notification to inform them. They can only see the updated points by visiting their profile page. Is there a plugin available that can add an on-screen notification (like an alert) when a user earns points?

You can do what you are looking for with https://discuss.flarum.org/d/23063-formulaire-the-premium-form-builder/ and the "User Profile" fields. You can add additional questions to the registration form. People will still be able to register but you can restrict your forum so only a manually assigned usergroup will have permission to use your forum. I am using Formulaire in that way in one instance.

Im not aware of a standalone extension doing this. What I would recommend is to post your feature request in the extensions discussion.
