With that considered, they probably offer Flarum installations via Softaculous, which continues to install Flarum incorrectly and exposes the vulnerable directories for the public to access. Additionally, further errors break the functionality of Flarum when using Softaculous. Avoid like the plague.
I've reported these issues to them in the past and they have yet to address them.
