peopleinside kris Hi, you should maybe include more info about your issue. First indicate your Flarum version and also... are you sure you inserted the correct email settings and credentials?
GreXXL kris it’s most likely that as peopleinside has mentioned that you have entered incorrect email settings. You will find a detailed error message in your Flarum logfile located in storage/logs.
GreXXL kris without context it's difficult to tell. You should follow the troubleshooting guide and espcially look to your server logs, try debug mode - try different mail settings, share your php flarum info.
