Mayhem no worries, and I hope my answer didn't sound too blunt, it wasn't the intent either.
That extension is not in my developer namespace because it was originally created for that client as a private extension for their own forum. They own the extension outright. Later they decided to open-source it as-is.
If I or anyone else wanted to release an update, they could fork the extension as it's now open-sourced. I'm not planning to do that, I have enough extensions under my own name already 😅.
