I've tried everything so far, but it's not fixing the problem. Is there anyone who can come and experience this issue firsthand on my site?

Are other tasks successfully being done on your site? I ask this because you're on a file based queue instead of a database like Redis.
Maybe it's taking longer / getting hung up by something from completing the task of approval. So it sits there, shows you it's done, but when you refresh it, it doesn't actually do anything.
You also have "Migration" and "Hosting" tagged for this post. Are you wanting someone to host the site for you in that case to remedy this?
None of my clients have complained about this and my system uses Valkey.

I can't imagine this being an issue connected to queues. This is an immidiate action if you approve a post. I imagine this being a issue connected with an extension you are using. Deactivating them one by one will give you a hint. You do only need to deactivate ones not from flarum/ or fof/ namespaces.

GreXXL Sorry. I completely missed the important part of my message: I wonder if there are any permission issues with the files/directories in Flarum that's preventing a successful completion.

KBExit I deleted all the files and did a new installation. I'm using shared hosting. But the problem persists. I just wanted to ask if anyone has any idea, can they come and take a look or not?

GreXXL I have made a new installation. All extensions are disabled. Only the original Flarum extensions are enabled.

Xsort I went to your site and it loads pretty slow. Upon further investigation, it appears your site is also answering to multiple urls. I wonder if there is a conflict with config.url values depending on how you access the site. Really hard to diagnose on the surface level.
Are you sure there is no logs in your logs folder of Flarum for these incidents?

Edit: He does not get the post approval UI.

Can confirm he is on the latest version of Flarum. States no error logs are produced.

GreXXL yes. This is on a clean install as well by @Xsort
Him and I are emailing back and forth. He is telling me the UI disappears after post approval. But it gets hung up from there. Unusual behavior. On my flarum installations, I do not see this behavior at all.
He also states no logs are being generated. I can only assume by this:
1) Shared Hosting breaks it?
2) File Sessions breaks it? Permission issues on the web server end of flarum files perhaps?

Everything else looks and functions as it should. Posts and everything goes through.

If its the same host as in the previous post (https://discuss.flarum.org/d/38698-problem-approving-posts) its running a PHP version of 2019 and a DB version of 2022. Highly likely that ther are some incompatibilites there.

It appears he is missing fileinfo extension in his php.ini.
Additionally, Composer is saying his PHP version is unsupported while the Admin Dashboard states he is on PHP 8.3.

Edit. Seems inconsistencies and incompatibilities in the Server End.

He said he updated to PHP 8.3 the other day, I will try and work with him some more with the basics. If this doesn't remedy. I would advise him of other options moving forward, such as an actual VPS.

KBExit might be running a different PHP version on web then on CLI which will cause additional issues.
