Getting an Error while checking website speed

When i check speed from https://pagespeed.web.dev/ it shows error many times,

and the error is - https://ibb.co/zWwSWsVp

https://ibb.co/20Mw33Bq , when i try 2-3 times it work but every first time it shows this error first.

I use cPanel for the flarum site, Please help how can i solve it.

If you did not want them there, you have been hacked.
All links are Trojans or malware.

Example
The domain oundhertobeconsist.org was blocked by Malwarebytes because it is associated with riskware.
The domain ghabovethec.info was blocked by Malwarebytes because it is associated with a Trojan.
