Flarum 2 so far as I'm aware switched to https://packagist.org/packages/illuminate/cache so shouldn't be an issue going forward.

arisudi most warnings generated by Composer can be ignored. They are meant for Flarum and extension developers.

There are a few dependencies used by Flarum 1.x that are officially End of Life, but it's still safe to use them. Flarum 2.x will replace those with better alternatives, but it's still in beta at this time.
