Profiles under one User

I've already replied to the Masquerade thread but I wanted to create my own thread.

I'm couldn't find an extension like this so I was wondering if I can have some help at least.

I would really like it if Flarum had something like myBB's Enhanced Account Switcher plugin (https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=408).
This would allow user's to have multiple accounts connected to one main one. They can easily switch to different accounts to reply to threads as well. Originally I was going to use myBB but I really like how Flarum looks and operates.

I'm not sure how difficult this would be to develop since I'm a novice and just getting hang of things but if someone has already made it or knows something similar I will gladly take it.

Edit: Since this is now under proposals I'll repeat what I talked about down below on my main post.
This would be mostly for websites that will focus on roleplay or the need to have secondary character accounts they can post as in threads. I've already seen a few roleplay groups use Flarum to host their stories but their biggest issue for that you can only have account to use or constantly switch between accounts.
In my current group Mods tend have a few main plot characters and tons of NPCs. Being able to switch freely between profiles would be fantastic and make our lives easier. Similarly to users that have more than one character they wish to switch accounts for.

If you're familiar with tupper for Discord, that but forums as well.

I'm not sure if this site does commission work but it is something I would also be more than happy to pay for.

AshSteller welcome and I think the closest thing we have is the Impersonate extension, but that would be a recipe for disaster if you let users have permission to use it....
But I don't think what you're asking for would be impossible to develop and I can see it benefiting gaming communities like MMORPGs and such in the long run.

Yeah Impersonate would get messy real fast.
It would! I've looked into a few websites running on Flarum and this would've been helpful for them so they aren't limited to one character or have to make a new account and log in/out every-time.

Hi, I run a text-based roleplay forum. I didn’t create a custom extension for this feature, since NPCs are simply roleplayed by the project curators. Masquerade doesn’t really fit your idea — it just allows you to create custom text fields in the profile. Here’s what the character sheets look like on my forum

AshSteller Each character profile discussion consists of two posts. The first post contains the character’s appearance, biography, and personality within the context of the fictional world. The second post includes tables with stats and skills.

When quests are completed, a moderator edits the values in those tables. The inventory, unique items, and descriptions of magic and abilities are stored there as well

AshSteller Yes, it’s my own extension — MagicBB. I recently added audio and video support to it — I should probably release a public update. I use MagicBB to create all the necessary tables and alerts. And I also have my own extension, MagicDice, for dice rolls.
