As you may recall, a competition was held last year at Flarum where three winners were awarded lifetime community hosting. Our team was fortunate to be among the winners.
At the moment, however, we are facing a technical issue. Our dashboard shows that the hosting is being provisioned, but it remains stuck at the “provisioning” stage and never completes. Because of this, we are unable to access or begin using the service.
Over the past several weeks we have submitted multiple support tickets and sent emails to the Flarum team to understand what might be causing the delay, but unfortunately we have not received a response yet.
Our community has been growing steadily. Our Indian discussion platform currently has more than 500 users and active discussions. As part of our next phase, we have formally launched in South Africa and were hoping to use the hosted community as a central base for South African pilots and aviation enthusiasts.
This platform is an important part of our broader expansion plans, but the provisioning issue has prevented us from moving forward so far.
We would sincerely appreciate any clarification regarding the status of the lifetime hosting that was awarded. If there is something pending from our side, we would be happy to resolve it immediately. If there has been any change to the program, kindly let us know so we can plan our next steps accordingly.
