Extension Manager Installation

I installed the Extension Manager during the Flarum installation. After the Flarum installation process was complete, I couldn't see the Extension Manager. Then I installed it again, and then the Extension Manager was installed.
I would like to know, when is the best time to install the Extension Manager? During the Flarum installation, or after the Flarum installation process is complete?

forwebsite2019 it should still be there regardless.
But you have to at least run the ext managed install after you run the composer command to create Flarum in your directories.
