In this case, it would make more sense to let admins organize stickers into separate groups, rather than having everything lumped into one custom category.

The custom category ask by itself seems like it is very achievable. It should be quite doable.
However, this doesn't meet your requirements at all because you really want Stickers not emojis. Am I right there?
Stickers would be a completely different game because emoji-mart is a fixed-grid picker and isn't suited for this. The way that Flamoji relies on TextFormatter as well is probably not suitable here either. A separate extension would likely make more sense here.
@huoxin Let me know if you're still interested in custom categories for Flamoji.
A new sticker extension is probably something I could look at too, but more in the future.
Edit: Actually, I may be overthinking this. I might be able to get this to work with emoji-mart.
