[Bug] Emoji selector UI overflow on mobile (Flarum 2.0.0-rc.3)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently running Flarum 2.0.0-rc.3 and I’ve noticed a UI/UX issue when using the emoji selector in the composer on mobile devices.

The emoji dropdown container doesn't seem to respect mobile viewport constraints, resulting in a layout overflow that makes it difficult to select emojis properly.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue below:

MrLaviana1 what's in your `php flarum info' ? Or is this purely Flarum 2.0 RC3? If so, please consider submitting a GitHub issue 🙂
Once more context is applied, I may look into this like I have with the lopsided posts in mobile 😛

Karl I thought it was on my website, but I did the test to see if it was just me and I see that they have the same problem here XD

MrLaviana1 🤔 I don't think I'm catching what the issue is. I have no problems using it, but I do type out what I want. There is no scrolling, just shows you a fixed amount till you search.

Karl mmm, it's strange, on my phone, (ANDROID), in vertical mode it shows how my capture, horizontally it applies well without errors, but vertically the frame does not fit well, the emojis overflow downwards as you can see in my capture...maybe it's my phone...(testing from Samsung A55), maybe it's because of the small screen..

MrLaviana1 I have the original Google Pixel Fold, which is a passport sized phone when in the vertical "phone mode." I think my screen might be smaller lol.
