The way I see it, I will stick with v1 for some time. It's too early for me to jump on v2. I'm using Pusher from the beginning of my Flarum forum and it has been ok so far. I wouldn't like to waste your time on migrating this extension to v1 if I'm only one that will use it. I know how time consuming development could be sometimes. And, to tell you the truth, I'm amazed with your production. I see your name everywhere lately. So... Pretty please. 😉 But low priority if there are no more requests for v1 compatibility.

Silvestrus Of course, it would require you to have the Blomstra/Realtime extension already purchased though. My extension is not a replacement, but a substitute to hook into my service.

KBExit I didn't know that. I tried to purchase it once but something was wrong with purchases at that time so I never bought it. Let me remind myself first and examine realtime extension once more to see if my hosting supports it and what other features do we have...

foros no that error log is because your realtime has no websocket. You're going to have that problem until Warble is set up.
Try running composer update && php flarum migrate and if that doesn't resolve it, php flarum assets:publish

Then paste the API key for Warble.

I did a bit of digging. First, I confirmed my shared hosting can't run Realtime's own websocket daemon - but I assume Warble solves that with the right entries in the Realtime admin settings, so that part should be fine.

The real blocker right now is that I can't find a way to actually purchase Realtime. Floxum - where the marketplace seems to have moved - the Realtime page currently shows no active subscription plan.

One more thing while we're at it: I'm planning to migrate to v2 by the end of the year, assuming the extensions I depend on are ready by then (and even if not, I could likely handle compatibility adjustments myself with Claude Code). I noticed Realtime is currently marked as not working with v2.0.0-rc.4 - is there a rough timeline for v2 support, or should I hold off on Realtime until after I've migrated?

You should use flarum/realtime. The extension was donated to core.

Not yet; when I activate it, two things happen: it throws an error, but when I refresh the page, it stays like that.

I've already tried clearing the chrome cache and updated to the latest RC.
