SSO/Integration with a laravel webapp for 2.x

tramazolaine

since fof/passport and all extension based solutions don't work with 2.x does anyone have any info on where to start with a feature like this. fof/oauth maybe?

Karl

tramazolaine my website has an in-house SSO. If you can't wait, that's the best bet.
Using Oauth is not going to help you with "Single Sign On" since it will technically still be "Double Sign On".

I'm very okay with the idea! but want guidance since I haven't made any extensions. Should it even be an extension? that kinda guidance
Edit: I saw that maicol07/flarum-ext-sso does support 2.x(which it doesn't say in the readme) so I am considering

Karl

tramazolaine I don't know anything about that extension, but yes. You can make your own extensions to run locally without Packagist. Don't modify core files as they get updated regularly.

Okay okay I will get to work on that (both the extension I mentioned and maybe even contributing to fof/passport who knows) Thank you very much
