Non public tags and threads

Hi there, i searched in the forum but didn't found any related thread.
In the hope to not making a duplicate:

It would be nice to have the option to hide tags / threads from public.

Example:
A forum provides an introduce yourself category which should only be visible for logged in users.

If you search "hide tags" it will give you a bunch of threads related to it: https://discuss.flarum.org/?q=hide%20tags
