Charity I've found the problem. The issue happens when Realtime Expansion is turned on, but there's no problem when it's turned off.
Karl Charity you cannot use Realtime without the proper configurations. Just switching it on is just introducing issues. Please read the documentation to get it setup correctly. Or consider the third party extension that bridges it for you.
