After updating the cache on the platform, the forum page shows HTTP ERROR 500.

I was updating the cache in the backend and ran into a problem. The forum page showed HTTP ERROR 500, but when I refreshed the page, it was fine. I'm not sure which plugin caused it since updating the cache was fine before. I'm using shared hosting. How should I fix this problem?

Karl I checked all the files in the storage directory, and their permissions are all 0644. Do I need to set all the files to 0755?
