How to upgrade Shared Hosting from 2.0.0-rc.5 to 2.0.0-rc.6?

My forum version is 2.0.0-rc.5. How can I upgrade to 2.0.0-rc.6? I don't know the upgrade method. I'm using cPanel shared hosting for 2.0.0-rc.5. Can I just download the 2.0.0-rc.6 installation package and overwrite the 2.0.0-rc.5 files? Also, do I need to upgrade the database? Is this upgrade method feasible?

Charity Have you tried the “Run Global Update” button on the Extension Manager page in the admin panel?

I used this method to test the RC update, and I didn’t encounter any issues. It might be worth trying this way.

Once the update is complete, it may ask you for your database password. You can find it in your "config.php" file.

Forogramero you will first need to upgrade your PHP version. Flarum 2.0 requires a minimum of 8.3. I'd suggest going all the way to 8.5 if you can
