Currently admins can see which extensions hook into the GDPR extension, and as such inform the admin about data being stored that is PII that can be deleted or anonymized.
The settings page mentions:
Requesting erasure will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
For a user it would be helpful knowing what "associated data" means. Theoretically you're already obligated to state these in a privacy policy. But considering the fact the overview is already available from an admin perspective, I believe it would be helpful having this overview available to regular accounts as well.
