[FREE] Ladder: post-count ranks that replace each other

Ladder gives your members ranks that change as they post. Each rank is a normal Flarum group with its own name, icon and colour. A member holds one rank at a time: on reaching the next post count, their old rank is removed and the new one added.
Built for @MrLaviana1's request in Automatic user groups based on post count (exclusive ranks). Badge-style extensions keep every level you reach, so long-time members end up wearing all of them. Ladder swaps them instead.

Features
- One rank at a time. Members move up as they post, and only rank groups are ever changed. Admin, Mod and any group you assigned by hand are never touched.
- Set up from one screen. Click Add a rung, give it a name, post count, icon and colour, and Ladder creates the group for you, with a live badge preview. You can also turn a group you already have into a rank.
- No permission setup. Rank groups need no permissions, because every member already has the Member group's. If you want a rank to unlock something, like uploads, grant it once on that rank and every higher rank gets it too. Members still show just one rank badge.
- Changes apply straight away. Editing the ladder re-ranks your whole forum right from the admin page, with a progress bar.
- A Ranks page at
/ranks, made from your ladder so it never goes out of date. Signed-in members see their rank and how many posts it takes to reach the next one. There's an optional link to it in the sidebar.
- A notification when a member reaches a new rank. Members can turn it off in their notification settings.
- Works on any host. Ranks update as soon as a post is saved, with no queue or cron job needed. That includes shared and free hosting.
- Your choice on demotion. By default a rank is kept once it's reached, even if posts are deleted later. Turn on demotion for a strict post-count ranking.
- Exempt groups. Keep bots or staff accounts off the ladder entirely.
- Translatable. Every piece of text can be translated.
