I got problem setting up the SMTP for my forum, trying to request forgot password ( so it can send email ) but its not working. I Use Sendgrid for the SMTP

My SMTP Setting :
Mail Driver : smtp
Mail Encryption : tls
Mail Port : 587
Mail Host : smtp.sendgrid.net
Mail Username : SendGridUsername
Mail Password : SendGridPassword
Mail From : noreply@mydomain.com
Well i know it said cannot authenticate, but when i tried to authenticate using telnet its authenticated.
I need some help how to setting this Sendgrid SMTP
