Just upgraded. Everything seems to be okay except on the Admin > Appearance page, the new features show like this:

Let me guess... re-upgrade?
Also, a question... I upgraded my local, but if one has a production install too, do you need to follow the same upgrade procedure for production? Or is it the usual routine of dragging over the .json and .lock files and then running update?
