Digital Yes, of course, by using a web browser. Go to your Profile and click Settings and see Notifications section. There are options to choose from if you want to be notified via Web or Email or both.

Digital XEngine No, Flarum doesn't have an app - and i do not think it's necessary to have one. I am talking about web browser (chrome, ff, etc.). Users on mobile will be notified like how Flarum notifies users on desktop.
XEngine Digital Chrome has support for push notification throught web page. Might build an extension for that though. Might no one use ?
Digital XEngine Franz We had a discussion about this before. Service workers (a relatively new feature of some modern browsers) allows for sending push notifications to web browsers.
