Are you on a local install or on a server. If you are on a server, do you have CloudFlare or some kind of cache system? I once had an issue with this.

Also, check in your settings table if default_route is set to /all.

That's not what that screenshot is showing. The second one occurs when you click on Tags, not when it's set to the home page.

The back/list button on the upper left doesn't appear on the home page, no matter which setting you have.
