Comment waiting approval not moving topic on top of the list

I think I found a small issue (I'm still on beta5).

My forum need's approval for new posts. But when a new user posts a comment on a topic and I validate the comment, I've seen that on the homepage the post is not updated as "recently updated".

Also, the Username replied X days/hours ago stays with the latest comment before the one that needed approval...

Digital so and so... It's kind of like that, but only a new person responds and his/her answer needs approval.

If a member that already has the right to post adds a message everything works fine.
