FriendsOfFlarum upload, the intelligent file attachment extension

I have installed Flarum and the flagrow/upload extension on shared hosting. I can successfully upload images and pdf files as downloadable links. However when i click on download, i get the following errors:

{"errors":[{"status":"404","code":"resource_not_found"}]}

What am i missing? both hotlinks protection and logging downloads have been disabled. What am i missing?

i succefully install this extention but when upload an image, its just showing url not an image preview

maruco have you tried clearing cache with php flarum cache:clear?

maruco I had this issue, until I disabled the bbcode extension.

luceos Yes the files are there in assets folder, i have checked that already

jahangir You do not have permission to download, set permissions for general users in administrator settings.

How to enable Imgur Upload ? i already a dded the token key but images are still uploaded in to the local storage

jishnurajm you can set the upload adapter in the mime type configuration, there's a dropdown for that.

collins you need to add pdf mime type in upload extension settings.
