Auto-detect local language setting for multi-language Flarum

Hello all,

Try installing different language pack on local environment, adjust local setting on my pc but Flarum still in default language mode.

Anyone can help to build local setting detector extentions then provide proper language using https://github.com/mcamara/laravel-localization or something similar?

Language detection shouldn't be complicated code-wise. Just needs a developer to work on it 🙃
