Hey!
My Name is Hans and I am Admin of a Network.
We are using Flarum as Forum-Software.

I'm Super-Admin of the forum but i want to give the other admins access too.
But how?

In their profile (https://yourforum.com/u/username), click the Controls dropdown on the right, then Edit. A dialog opens where you can change their groups, at the bottom. Select the group(s) you want.

Your groups will probably be different.

If you need more granularity (to give less permissions as example), go to the administration panel, in the Permissions section, you can create new user groups (+ sign at the top of the page) and set the permissions in the big table.

But I want to give them Super-Admin no normal admin

The default red Admin grade is already the rank with all the permissions. Admins can, as you can see in the Permissions admin section, access the administration panel, do whatever they want, configure anything on the forum, etc.

Or maybe you're talking about giving them the right to install plugins through composer, but in this case you must give them SSH access, it's not an option inside Flarum.
