Dear people,
I want to install flarum
To my surprise he does not do this.

Have you checked to see if there is any available info?

Ensure debug is set to true in config.php
What webserver software are you using - does it match the requirements?
What php version and extensions do you have? (in command line - php -m; php -v)
Are you using a VPS or Shared Hosting?
Relevant server error logs
From root of your Flarum install, run this command in the command line php flarum info
What have you tried so far?

This can create a lot of text, to share it with us, either

Format it correctly by placing backticks ``` above and below the output and post it here
Post it in a pastebin and provide the link

Edit: I have also removed the email that was posted as it's unlikely to be relevant to the issue.

GamerGaskin I had this error when i install on hosting, that error because of .htaccess file.
I tried to delete .htaccess and succesfull.

I may be incorrect here, but it appears as if the .htaccess file's default syntax works for nginx, while the fix works for apache with mod_headers module installed.

In order to avoid conflict, the solution may be to keep only:

# Fix for https://httpoxy.org vulnerability
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
    Header unset Proxy
</IfModule>

In the .htaccess, while directly putting:

Header unset Proxy

In the nginx vhost config. This is untested to work. Just a suggestion.
