Email is not triggering...

I am using mailgun to send email, however its not triggering any email. Am I on the right track?
can anyone help me?

Still, I am bit confused here. How can I get mailgun subdomain here that you mentioned there?

mail_from : [put here the sender address you'd like to use, ending with your mailgun subdomain]
For example, my domain is sclrship.com so that my subdomain should be what? How can I set that?

tisuchi Are you using the latest beta ? There is a built in mail configuration tool.

and I installed that one in July 2016 (Maybe)

And the image that I liked with my previous comments that is just like exemplary. I don't have such kind of interface.

Beta 6 has the new SMTP configuration interface.

I am trying to update to Beta 6.

If I am not mistaken, the procedure of upgrade is just download a fresh Beta 6, and upload in live server, isnt it? If so, have some issue.

Can you clear me the right procedure to update?

I already installed beta-6. However, in UI, i put everything for mailgun, but nothing works. How to fix that issue, any idea?

The error is "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again."

tisuchi Can you turn on debug (change debug to true in config.php) and then try again? If you click the Debug link next to the "Oops" message, it'll give us a more detailed message of what's going on. Paste that here.
