First of all, many thanks for this brilliant application.
On the homepage, I'm getting the "Something went wrong" error after every extension installation.
Either is an extension that came with the core installation or an optional one, the same error pops out.
After enabling the debug mode in config.php the new extension seems to work, even after debug desactivation.
So, everytime I install an extention, I activate debug and then desactivate it, so I can get rid of the error.
Is this a known bug? If it is, sorry, didn't find it with search.

Yes, I cleared the cache after every extention installation. In vain
