Notification emails for my German speaking forum do not display "Umlaute" (German characters like ü, ä, ß) correctly but instead do output the HTML characters ü. This has been reported for Outlook (Win + Mac), AirMail (Mac) and Gmail.
Is there anything I need to change server-side? Or is it a bug?
