Prosperous AkshajNalavade Flarum can only be installed via Composer for the time-being which does mean you will need SSH (command-line) access on your host. Click here for official installation instructions from the Flarum homepage.

webeindustry You can run composer locally and upload the files via (s)ftp. Then you would go through the web installer. As long as the host contains the required php extensions, an a-record is set, and you create a vhost everything should be groovy.
