[Solved] SEO issues when indexing to Google.

Hello there, I've been using Flarum for more than one month and I must say I'm more than in love with the project.

So far everything was working fine but I just realized that many of the discussions lately created on my forum are not being indexed in Google. In fact, there are exactly only 10 links showed up by "site:website.com/forum" Google search which no longer exist in my forum.

What I have done 2 weeks ago is adding the Sitemap extension to send to the Google Search Console where I have added the website aswell and verified it and everything, Google Analytics extension working great and also indexing my forum correctly but I haven't succeed to have a newer indexed topics into the search engine.

I'm more than convinced it's not Flarum issue but from my end, so... What could I be doing wrong? In advance thank you so much!

Dear, keep your working regular on your forum. Late indexing is at Google end and not because of Flarum. Google indexes new websites immediately, but after that Google take a considerable break to index the new posts on the new sites. So, don't worry...

Is it true? I mean I'm pretty newish to the site development thing and so far a I am also developing a Wordpress website from 1 month now. New pages are being indexed fast but I've seen Flarum index process got stuck somehow, reason why I'm worried.

Again, not saying Flarum is slow, but I think I might did something wrong on the way.

Just confirmed... my Flarum indexing procces is stuck and I don't know why. My forum is even more active than my main page but still it's not being indexed since november 24th. Any clue?

What about both domains? Is these newly purchased or old or already used for some other scripts?

WaqarKhan Hello there! Yes I have my domain inside Google Search Console added.

The domains were purchased on October. Besides Flarum I don't use any other software to run a forum, not even the integrated in Wordpress as I don't like it.

What I have seen so far is that something got Google stuck on the process of indexing only for flarum, only got 10 links when I do "site:walkingplayers.com/foro" which actually no longer exist as they were test posts. But when I do "site:walkingplayers.com" I can see Wordpress new pages and blog entries being indexed quickly.

Forum and main site both have a sitemap.xml and both routes are included in Google Search Console and Analytics, but still the issue remains only with Flarum.

I think I have solved my issue. My meta tags were causing some troubles. Thank you anyway.

It's kinda embarrassing. I can't imagine why I didnt notice it. But it was due to the metatag "noindex" causing my whole forum impossible to be indexed. If any user face the problem make sure to check you don't fall into the same silly issue I did ?
