The requested resource was not found.

I have installed Flarum on a Raspberry Pi and it works (installed the MySQL database -- everything according to instructions)

However, when I want to actually do something I get the error "The requested resource was not found" in the bottom left corner.

but when I added the AllowOveride I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Would appreciate any help ?

don't add AllowOverride to the .htaccess but to the apache config
it's AllowOverride with double r not AllowOveride
check the Apache error log: /var/log/apache/error.log for pointers what's going wrong
