How to flag posts meant as test

Hi,

Since last week I've seen a lot of posts I believe are test posts (generally a single word that does not seem in topic or some very short line of glyphs from a language I do not recognize) that are posted as answers to regular posts.

How am I supposed to flag them ? Off-topic seems the closest option, but should there also be a "test post" flag option available ?

I've seen mods are very reactive so maybe you don't even care of the flag reason given ? ?

PS: In there in fact a way to change the list of options ? I just checked and it seems we can't edit it ?

Tests posts always go here.

Users also have the options to flag inapproriate/spam/wrong category posts - under each posts there is a 3 dots menu where you can find the flag function.
Flag function should be fine, we'll figure things out whenever we see a flag notification - even without a description/reason.

And yes, we like to keep things organize here ?
