Basically he's saying you don't set this here. You set it in config.php. Imagur will have the file accessible at both http and https. Your config.php should be handling which link is requested.

NguynVnT There is no configuration needed. URL's generated from Imgur uploads will not show the protocol at all. I think you haven't updated the extension yet or not properly. Make sure to run:

composer update flagrow/upload
php flarum cache:clear
