Permissions restricted on tags

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to test some things with Flarum (I really like it!) and can't seem to understand how the permission system works.
I've tested the following on my own server and DevFlarum as well and the same issue persists there.

I have the following permissions set:

I would expect this behaviour by this:
- Allow normal members to create discussions without approval on all tags except "Test".

What happens is:
- The global permissions overrides the permissions for "Test" so a normal member can post without approval in "Test" as well when this not the behaviour I would like.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong here?

Timmert is test a primary, sub or secondary tag?

So no one has seen this issue before? Should I file a bug report in this case since it's also happening on DevFlarum or is there another way the system works.

luceos This would be a primary tag in this case. If I remember correctly it also happens with secondary-tags.

I did one commit fixing the Start discussions problem but for reply I couldn't find the solution.... Yet
