Just installed flarum and I have deprecated messages

Okay I have got it working by enabling debug mode and chmoding the right files to 0777 but I still get this:

I've commented it out on the file so the message doesn't show.

ExusVX Setting it to 777 poses a security risk if you did it to all files. i would recommend doing it to folders that use cache, but i think flarum needs a fix where this issue can cause security issues in the future.
