Tag Position by order selected

Hello,

I notice that when I select tags for my post, that the tags re-arrange themselves not in the order I selected them.

What I want:
Software, Virtualization, Windows, Linux

What I get:
Software, Windows, Virtualization, Linux

What determines the tags order placement? Anyway I can make it so they are placed in the order they are selected?

0E800 the Tags are arranged when you select them exactly like you arranged them in your Tag manager in your Admin section. So if you want them to be Software, Virtualization, Windows, Linux, arrange them that way from your Tag management in Admin. That will work.

staion That works for secondary tags that fall exclusively under primary tags.

However, the secondary tags are always arranged by alphabetical order, so I cannot change their order.
I would have exclusive secondary tags underneath the primary tags, but how can have the same secondary tag underneath more than 1 primary tag?

I would like to include operating systems in both Software and Infosec categories.

Is there anything else I can try?

0E800 to add the same tag names you need to change the slug value to something else, for example if you have development tag and then want to add development to another primary like design you will change the slug to say dev-design.

+1 on this and a way to make some Secondary Tags work only in some Primary Tags.

Will beta 8 include the ability to rearrange the secondary tags?

Also, right now, the order of the secondary tags aren’t respected on the front end. For example, in my admin, my secondary tags might be a, b, c. But then on the tags page they are a, c, b.
