This thought came to me while looking at this thread...
The use of the same background shading on the "X DAYS LATER" bar and the quote boxes gives the impression that these two things contain the same sort of info, and makes the page seem a bit bland. Though this is a matter of opinion, I think some sort of contrast between the two might help. (Not sure what I'd suggest, though.)
EDIT: I take that back ... it just occurred to me that it might be good to handle it similar to moderator actions, such as the one in this thread. I'm sure there must be a font icon that looks like a clock. So use that before the "X DAYS LATER" ... with divider lines above and below. No background color makes it less obtrusive. Whaddaya think?
