[deleted] The Android Open Source Project does have its own browser, but the Google agreements with OEMs require that they include Chrome. Some manufacturers include the AOSP browser, or their own browser alongside (like Samsung), but many simply choose to let Chrome be the default browser. Since Google's updating it regularly, it's less updating work for them.
So that's why I asked about the version, since Android's browser compatibility may vary based on OS version.
At the moment, my recommendation would be for your Android users to try Chrome or Firefox on their phone to get around that bug. I don't know about iOS users, it might be that easy to avoid as Apple doesn't let browsers use their own engine (like Firefox's Gecko) and so rendering and bugs may be the same across browsers. That one will have to be debugged to get it to work properly.
