Is the easy installation feature implemented?
On the features page it says that you can just put up your files up and go to the webpage. It does not say coming soon, like 'import your data' does. But on the install page it lists the need for SSH, and in fact says:
Note: As of 0.1.0-beta.3, Flarum utilizes Composer to manage its dependencies and extensions. This means that Flarum cannot be installed on hosts without SSH (command-line) access. Rest assured that we are planning to address this in the future and make sure that Flarum is accessible to everyone. In the meantime, if you want to run Flarum, you will need to find a host that permits SSH access.
Is the features page saying that it has easy install more aspirational than current? Or is the documentation out of date?
I tried to install Beta 5 last month and got an error because there is no /vendors/ folder. I just want to know if I need to follow the SSH instructions, or not. It's unclear to me. Great to see a new version is up. I should download the latest beta when I move forward on the install.
Thanks for reading this.
