500 Internal Server Error when I reset admin password

Hey guys, I have got this error when I clicked Reset password button.

And its just what happens when I reset password of admin account. I tried with another account (not admin) and its normal.
Is there anyone can give the solution to my problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

Your password must contain more than 8 characters.

tlalok Actually, my new password has 9 chars. However I have just resolved my issue after flushing back-end cache. But thanks anyway. ?

I think there should be some sort of notification or feedback when less than 8 chars is entered rather than throwing a 500 error.
Normal users would just walk away after several failed attempts without knowing what they are doing wrong
