I need upgrade help I want to upgrade from Beta 2 to Beta 6 on a web server and not a personal server question .. Where do I put the files of the new version and the upgrade link that has been installed .. Please explain in detail Because this started with the product ... From the looks of it, you have a brand new Beta 2 install. Remove it and follow the installation instructions to install Beta 6.

naser44 Do what jordanjay29 is saying. Your running an empty Flarum board, there is no need for an upgrade, simply re-install to the latest version.

You should use composer to install Flarum. Using the zip file will not do you any good. If you have no idea how to do an installation with composer I'd suggest getting help, there are some topics of lovely people offering assistance with it under the resources tag.

As a side note you have open basedir on, this allows anyone to browse through your site. This is a fat security issue.

Upgrading from beta 2 is a complete headache... just do what the others said and create a new beta 6 installation using composer
