How to attach users avatar to post html

I am working on a cards extension and I want to source the image of the posters avatar in the post.
So that whom ever posts, their avatar is shown.
Something like this: (hover action on the right)

Is there a php function I can call?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can get the user's avatar in js by using the 'avatar' class from Flarum/helpers/avatar.Y ou could also potentially get the direct URL of the profile image and stick it in there.
