I am a huge fan of anything unorthodox, love the pink. Consider switching the top header box out with pure CSS / HTML instead of an image, if you need help with that, shout.

This is an extremely bad practice tho and will too many ridicule your website when you blatantly lie and try to claim someone elses work as your own, the general visitor won't know the difference / care, but people in the business will.
