Let's say I want to start a "gardening" community site with Flarum. The Forum Title (on Flarum admin panel) is Gardenio.
The <title> tag on the homepage is now "Gardenio"...right?
Here's the thing: I want this site to be found on Google when people search for "gardening community".
In order to achieve that, I need a matched keyword on <title> tag. Something like "Gardenio - The Best Gardening Community Online". Now that we have a keyword on the Title, Google will understand what our new site is about.
Sure, you can type the whole sentence in "Forum Title". That works for the homepage. But if we go to discussion thread, the <title> tag will be too long because the format is [discussion title] - [forum title].
That's why I think Forum Tagline is necessary...and not as an extension/plugin.
