I'm looking for a way to add a Prefix to the links posted on the post body/content?
For example - If someone post http://www.google.com i want to convert it to automatically to http://something.com/?r=http://www.google.com
I'm running a deal/coupon website, so this need to be there to track my affiliate / also for Anonymous link Redirection.
Is there any way to do it?
